Over the past year, we have witnessed substantial growth, delivered exceptional projects, and celebrated key milestones that have strengthened our position as leaders in marketing for the manufacturing sector.

Strengthening Our Team
2024 marked a year of growth for AMI as we expanded our team with the addition of four new, talented staff members. Tim joined us as our first account manager, a vital role that ensures our clients receive tailored support and outstanding service.

We also welcomed Laura, Laiken, and Aiden to our social media team, enhancing our creative capabilities and enabling us to deliver innovative campaigns across the social platforms. These appointments emphasise our commitment to investing in the best talent to serve our clients.

Hitting the road!
This year, our video and photography team were constantly out and about, travelling across the UK to conduct an impressive number of film shoots. These projects gave us the chance to work closely with our clients on-site, getting a first-hand look at their incredible facilities and operations. From bustling production lines to cutting-edge machinery, we captured powerful visuals that showcase their unique stories and help them stand out on the global stage. These shoots not only highlighted the extraordinary facilities and innovations within the manufacturing sector but also reinforced our dedication to storytelling and delivering the message that the UK is the powerhouse of manufacturing.

Exhibiting Excellence
2024 was a year of active participation in key industry exhibitions. In addition to supporting our clients’ promotional efforts, we proudly showcased AMI’s expertise at events such as Southern Manufacturing. These exhibitions provided invaluable opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and strengthening relationships within the manufacturing community. As we prepare to return to Southern Manufacturing in the coming weeks, we look forward to continuing the positive start to the year by developing partnerships further.

Delivering Digital Impact
The digital landscape remains at the core of our services, and 2024 was no exception. We launched an impressive number of websites, ensuring our clients’ online presence remains both contemporary and impactful. From bespoke, fully custom-built projects to expertly designed AMI templates, we tailored each solution to meet specific client needs. Additionally, we expanded our template portfolio with two new designs, reflecting our commitment to staying ahead of the game. Looking forward, we are excited to introduce further designs in 2025.

Back of the net!
2024 wasn’t all about work; it was also a year for team spirit and fun. Our 6-a-side football team made their debut in the Barnstaple Premier League and finished an impressive 3rd place. This accomplishment highlights the strong sense of friendship, perseverance, and teamwork that runs through everything we do at AMI, both on and off the pitch.

Recognising Milestones
We were proud to celebrate several significant milestones among our team members:

  • Ronnie, our Communications Manager; George, our Lead Web Developer; and Tom, one of our skilled Web Developers, each reached the 5-year mark with AMI.
  • Niamh and Erin, integral members of our social media team, marked their first anniversaries with AMI, highlighting the growth and evolution of our newer team members.
  • And, of course, we can’t forget, AMI itself celebrated 15 years of business in 2024, a testament to our work, ethics and the trust our clients place in us.

Billy the Kid!
In addition to our human team members, we were delighted to welcome Billy, our office pup, who has quickly become an indispensable part of AMI’s culture. His presence has brought a new dynamic to our workplace, reminding us of the importance of balance and positivity.
