AMI Behind the Screens – Q3 Round-Up
It’s been a lively few months at AMI, with new faces, fresh projects and plenty happening both in and out of the office. From website launches and video shoots to team milestones and investment in our Search & SEO department, here’s a quick look at what’s been going on behind the screens this quarter.
Employee of the Quarter
We’ve made a small but meaningful change to how we recognise great work at AMI. Instead of a monthly vote, we’ve switched to Employee of the Quarter – giving us a better snapshot of who’s been quietly delivering excellence over a longer stretch.
Our first ever winner is Niamh, whose consistency, accuracy and calm approach have made a real difference across the team. She’s dependable, detail-driven and always willing to help others get a project over the line. Her reward of a £250 voucher and an early Friday finish is very well deserved.
Quarter Highlights
This quarter has been a busy one, with the team travelling far and wide for client visits, photoshoots and video work. We’ve launched 13 websites, completed 8 video shoots, and seen some great milestones along the way – Laura’s first year, Erin’s second, and George’s impressive six-year mark at AMI.
We also welcomed Scarlett and Mikey into the fold, both bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm from day one. On top of that, we’ve grown our office space to keep pace with new projects and people – and even hosted a work experience student to give a glimpse into life at a specialist manufacturing marketing agency.
Evolving Search & SEO
Our Search and SEO department continues to grow, with new investment focused on combining data-driven performance with creative content. The team is developing deeper expertise in AI tools, keyword strategy, and blog writing tailored to the manufacturing sector, helping our clients attract the right audience and stand out in competitive markets.
This evolution reflects AMI’s wider mission – to keep adapting, innovating and finding smarter ways to connect manufacturers with the customers who need them most.
Looking Ahead
Preparations are already underway for Southern Manufacturing 2026, where we’ll be back with a larger stand and plenty of new campaigns to showcase.
And finally, a mention for Dougie, our ever-dedicated Deputy Head of Security, who continues to guard the office with unwavering commitment (and a keen interest in biscuits).
