Behind the screens: Q2 2025
Doing it for the Girls
This quarter we’ve continued to celebrate the talent that keeps AMI moving forward. A big congratulations to Lydia, Hayley and Georgia for scooping up our Employee of the Month trophy between April and June. Each of them have brought fresh ideas and real dedication to their work, making a genuine difference – and it’s so good to see their efforts recognised by the whole team. Huge congratulations!
Sweet Sixteen
In April, AMI officially turned 16. What started as a small team with big ideas, has grown into an agency trusted by manufacturers and engineers across the UK – and beyond! It’s a milestone that really highlights how far we’ve come as a company – and just how much potential there still is to keep growing. Thank you to all of our clients, colleagues and suppliers who have been part of our journey so far.
Milestones & Moments
Alongside our birthday, we made a toast to some well-earned work anniversaries. Lydia marked four years with us; an achievement that reflects her consistent hard work and positive impact across the social media department and wider business. Will Evans hit two years, continuing to bring fresh ideas to the table for our video production department. And Laiken notched up her first year, making a strong impression right from day one and continuing to grow into her role within the social team.
Race for Life
Earlier this year, Lydia’s dad and stepdad were both diagnosed with cancer. Like so many in that situation, Lydia often felt pretty helpless, so she decided to do something positive. She signed up for the Race for Life 10k to show her support and raise money for a brilliant cause.
To boost Lydia’s fundraising, Craig promised that for every like her LinkedIn post received, AMI would donate £1. Lydia smashed her £2,000 target, with £423 of that coming from Craig’s pledge.
Well done Lydia — we’re all really proud of you!

On Location
The cameras have barely had a chance to cool down this quarter. Our video team have been travelling the country to shoot projects for manufacturers and precision engineers across a range of sectors. We’ve been on site at UK Precision, GMD Eurotool, Dymond Engineering, Heathcoat Fabrics, Adnet Precision Engineering, DAS Engineering Services, MP Engineering and DURA Manufacturing – capturing the processes, people and stories that make them who they are. Product and component shoots have kept us equally as busy, with sessions for Sheldon Precision, SIC Ltd and Pulse Engineering, adding new depth and visual media to their marketing.
It’s a Dog’s Life
It hasn’t been all cameras and editing suites. We made time to welcome some four-legged visitors to the office for Bring Your Dog to Work Day. Nothing lifts a busy Friday like the sound of paws on the office floor and our resident pooches were a big hit with everyone (even if they did leave tennis ball remains all over the floor!)
It’s Raining Websites
Our web team has had an exceptional quarter, with site launches coming in thick and fast. Covering both custom and template, we’ve brought a wave of new websites to life – helping our clients boost their online presence and giving them the tools to grow. Here are just some of the new launches we’re proud to add to our portfolio this quarter: Firstpress, Ground Investigation and Piling, Murray Productions, IGAS, Precision Casting, ASL France, SIC, Bolton Sheet Metal, Dieblast, Howland, Tenable, Veriflo, DAS Engineering, Action Sealtite AE, Hopespare, Southern Vulcanizing and Sautelma Rotolok.
Each project is the result of true collaboration between our designers, developers and the clients who trust us to bring their work to life and showcase what they do best.

Looking Ahead
Q2 has flown by, but we’re not slowing down. The next few months promise new campaigns, new shoots and even more exciting projects across the UK.
Thanks to everyone for being part of it, bring on Q3.
