New Tracking Features
New Tracking Features Now Available in Your Website Visitor Dashboard
We have recently rolled out several improvements to the visitor tracking platform we provide to clients. These updates make it easier to understand what companies and individuals are doing on your website, helping you prioritise sales opportunities more effectively.
1. New Inbox Layout
The visitor inbox has been redesigned into a clearer table format with customisable columns. This allows you to adjust the view so the information most important to your business appears front and centre.
What this means for you
You can now configure the dashboard to show the data that matters most to you such as company information, engagement signals, visit history or contact details without having to scroll through unnecessary fields.
Why this is useful
The improved layout makes it much easier to review large numbers of visitors quickly while still keeping important context about each company. It also allows the platform to introduce more useful insights and data points in the future.
2. Click, Form & Download Tracking
The platform now automatically tracks key interactions on your website including button clicks, form submissions and file downloads. Previously, visitor tracking mainly showed which pages someone viewed. While useful, this only tells part of the story. Two companies may visit the same pages but show very different levels of buying intent depending on what actions they take.
What this means for you
You can now see whether a visitor:
- Clicked a call to action
- Submitted a contact form
- Downloaded a brochure, datasheet or guide
This provides much clearer insight into what potential customers are actually interested in.
Why this is useful
This helps you identify higher intent visitors much more easily. For example, if a company has visited your pricing page and downloaded a brochure, that is often a strong signal that they are actively researching suppliers.
Note: This feature is live and working well. Additional filtering options for these actions are currently being refined.
3. Visitor Identification from Email Campaigns
If someone visits your website via a tracked link from an email campaign, the system can now identify the individual visitor rather than just the company.
What this means for you
Instead of simply seeing that a company visited your site, you may now see:
- The visitor’s name
- Their email address
- Their job title
- Which email campaign brought them back to the website
Why this is useful
This makes it much easier to follow up on email marketing activity. For example, if someone clicks a newsletter link and then spends time on a key page such as pricing or services, you can see exactly who it was and reach out while the interest is still fresh.
If you would like help interpreting the new data or using these features to support your sales and marketing activity, our team would be happy to assist.
